We built this tool
because we could not keep up.
EcomX did not come out of a product plan. It came out of a problem I had every single day, on my own stores, and nobody was going to solve it for me.
The problem
Twelve stores, and not a line written in six months
I launched my first stores in 2019. At first you keep up: you write your product pages, you publish your articles, you rework your collections. By the third store you stop keeping up. By the tenth you have entire catalogues without a decent description, blogs dead for months, empty collections. Not out of laziness. Because it is mathematically impossible on your own.
The false fixes
I tried everything, and everything ended up in a drawer
Freelance writers paid per article, who knew neither my products nor my voice. An agency at €2,000 a month, with a meeting every two weeks to discuss what had not been done. Apps that promised automation and delivered recommendations, which is to say more work. Every time, the work came back to me.
The turn
I stopped looking for a tool and started writing one
It began as a script for my teapot store. It read my catalogue, wrote one article a day in my voice, published it, and linked my products inside it. That first month the click curve moved. Not because the script was brilliant, but because for the first time something was happening every day without me thinking about it.
The spread
I plugged it into my other stores, then into my friends'
A watch store, a posture store, a rattan store, sites in Polish, Italian and German. Every new store broke something, and every break made the tool sturdier. Then friends in the industry asked me to plug it into theirs. I did it by hand, one at a time, repairing as I went.
Today
The same engine, open to everyone
EcomX runs more than fifty stores, mine included. That is the part that matters: I am not selling you a tool I built for you. I am selling the one I run on my own money, every day. When it writes badly, I am the first one embarrassed.

What we believe, and what we refuse
Execute, do not recommend
An audit that tells you what to do leaves you the work. EcomX writes and publishes. If you still have to open your editor after us, we failed.
Your content is yours
Everything is published on your store, under your brand, under your author. Stop your subscription and it all stays. You are not renting your content.
We do not lie to the customer
A product visual has to look like the product. A spec that is not in your data will not be invented. That is a technical rule, not an intention.
Publish less rather than publish wrong
The engine refuses to publish when a page already exists and ranks. The best content is sometimes the one you do not write.
Plug yours in.
The same engine we run on our stores, on yours, starting today. No commitment, and everything published stays with you.
